Faux 75

• Ice
• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1 ounce Simple Syrup
• 3 ounces chilled bitter lemon soda
• 1 lemon twist, for garnish

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the lemon juice and Simple Syrup and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled flute, top with the bitter lemon soda and garnish with the twist.
