Judys Cheatin Jambalaya
- 2 cups White Rice
- 1/2 cups Chopped White Onion
- 1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Campbell's Tomato Soup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1/2 teaspoons Granulated Garlic
- 1 cup Sliced Smoked Sausage (or Substitute With Whatever Tickles Your Fancy)
- How easy is this ...
- Place ingredients in a 3-qt.
- pot.
- Cover tightly and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
- You can of course change the spiciness to your liking, plus if you dont like smoked sausage, add chicken, or shirimp, or both.
- How crazy is that?
