Classic Chili Pepper Water

  1. Sterilize a 16-ounce bottle in a hot water bath for 3 minutes, and allow to cool a little.
  2. Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil.
  3. Place salt, vinegar, garlic, and chilies in the bottle.
  4. Pour the 2 cups of water into the bottle and stir.
  5. Let stand for about 3 to 4 days before using.
