Blue Cheese Truffle Chips

  1. Heat balsamic vinegar in a small pan until boiling.
  2. Allow to boil for 3 minutes or until reduced by half.
  3. Pour chips into a serving bowl or platter.
  4. Drizzle oil and vinegar over chips, then stir.
  5. Sprinkle blue cheese over chips.
  6. Serve immediately.
