Ground Beef Chow Mein Recipe

  1. In fry pan, brown beef; drain excess fat.
  2. Add in mushrooms, ginger, soy sauce, bouillon and 1 c. water.
  3. Cover and simmer 20 min.
  4. Add in onion, celery and chow mein vegetables.
  5. Combine cornstarch with 2 tbsp.
  6. water.
  7. Stir into meat mix; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  8. Cover and simmer 15 more min.
  9. Serve over rice or possibly chow mein noodles.
  10. Serves 4-5.
