Matzo Cake Recipe

• matzos
• double cream (for spooning)
• sweet wine
• chocolate icing
• jam

1. Soak Matzos in the sweet wine one by one.
2. Spread the jam, cream & icing over one Matzo one by one and build up 5 for each cake.
