Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Cook sausage, onion, muhroom stems, and garlic over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. Stir sour cream, worcestershire sauce, tabasco, and 3/4 cup cheese into meat mixture.
  4. Scoop into mushroom caps, mounding slightly.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. ENJOY!
