Cris's Burritos Recipe
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1/2 c. Pace picante sauce
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 doz. flour burrito size tortillas
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 c. grated cheese
- Fry grnd beef and garlic salt in large skillet.
- Stir often so meat will be crumbly.
- After meat is well done, fold in tomato sauce, picante sauce, and chili pwdr.
- Simmer 5 min.
- Place mix in tortilla.
- Fold into burrito; garnish with lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
- Serve with Spanish rice.
