Cabbage, Tuna, and Chikuwa Fish Paste Sticks Stir-fry
- 150 grams-200 grams Cabbage
- 2 Chikuwa
- 1/2 Canned tuna
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- Chop the cabbage.
- Slice the chikuwa diagonally.
- Heat oil from the tuna can in a pan.
- Add the cabbage, fish paste sticks, and tuna to the pan and fry with salt and pepper.
- When it's cooked, add the mentsuyu noodle sauce and quickly stir fry over strong heat.
- Transfer to a serving plate and it's done!
