ICED PUMPKIN COOKIES
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cup powered sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of pumpkin pie spice
- Heat oven to 350 .
- Measure flour, b.soda,b.powder, cinnamon,pumpkin pie spice in a bowl set aside.
- Cream butter & sugar together.
- Add egg.
- Mix well.
- Add pumpkin & vanilla.
- Add dry in ing.
- Mix well.
- Dip by tbsp.onto your prepared cookie sheet.
- Space about 2" apart.
- Wet fingertips and flatten cookies a little bit.
- Bake 12-16 min.or until done.
- Cool.
- Mix last 5 ing.
- Together.
- Dip cookies in the glaze.
- Let them set up.
- Store away and enjoy.
