Buttery Pumpkin Seeds

  1. Thoroughly wash pumpkin seeds.
  2. Melt a good portion of butter on a cookie sheet.
  3. Add pumpkin seeds - toss to coat with butter (you can add more butter if you like - everyone's tastes differ)
  4. Roast at 350 degrees (175 C.) until seeds begin to pop.
  5. Cool and serve
