Buttery Pumpkin Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Butter
- Salt
- Thoroughly wash pumpkin seeds.
- Melt a good portion of butter on a cookie sheet.
- Add pumpkin seeds - toss to coat with butter (you can add more butter if you like - everyone's tastes differ)
- Roast at 350 degrees (175 C.) until seeds begin to pop.
- Cool and serve
