Philly Cream Topping
- Option 1
- 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- Option 2
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup raw sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Mix all ingredients with a fork or wooden spoon (do not use electric mixer or blender).
- Use as a topping on fresh fruit, or as an accompaniment to sponge cakes or butter cakes.
