Cheddar Spread
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 13 cup sherry wine
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon white pepper
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well until smooth, using an electric mixer.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate 8 hours to allow flavors to blend.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Serve on crackers.
