Molho Cru (Sauce For Fish And Seafood) Angola Recipe
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3/4 c. green onions, including tops, snipped
- 4 tbsp. parsley, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp. vinegar
- 4 tbsp. water
- Combine, then grind or possibly process all ingredients into a paste.
- Chill.
- Serve over fish or possibly other seafood.
- Makes about 1/2 c..
