Cauliflower crusted pizza low carb

  1. Preheat oven 450 Fahrenheit
  2. Steam the cauliflower.
  3. Then squeeze the liquids out of it.
  4. I used a ricer to rice the cauliflower.
  5. You could grate or use a food processor to do it.
  6. Just make sure its coarse.
  7. Mix the cauliflower, eggs, oregano, basil, garlic, parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Add one and half teaspoon of salt.
  9. After the ingredients are mixed spray the pan with nonstick spray.
  10. Add the cauliflower mixture to pan sreading it out evenly.
  11. Use a rolling pin to help with this.bake 20 -25 minutes to get a solid crust or it will fall apart.
  12. Mix all the sauce ingredients.
  13. Spread toppings and sauce on top set back into oven for 15 minutes.
  14. Take out let sit for 5 minutes slice hope you enjoy!
