Healthier Pumpkin Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Fill pie crust, OR fill a 9 inch greased glass pie pan.
  4. Cook 15 minutes at 425.
  5. Lower temperature to 350 and bake 40-50 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, cool 10 minutes.
