Salisbury Steak With Mushroom Sauce Recipe

  1. Mix above ingredients, form into 4 patties.
  2. Fry in lightly greased pan, brown well on both sides.
  3. Remove from pan, add in 2 Tbsp.
  4. butter and saute/fry 1 (4 ounce.)
  5. can minced mushrooms, liquid removed (save liquid from mushrooms).
  6. Blend in 1 Tbsp.
  7. flour.
  8. Add in 1 1/4 c. water and mushroom juice and 1 or possibly 2 bouillon cubes.
  9. Cook and stir till smooth and thick.
  10. Return patties to gravy and cook over low heat till heated through.
