Smoke Flavored Beef Brisket Recipe

  1. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Place meat on a piece of foil and set in a shallow pan.
  3. Mix other ingredients together and rub into the meat.
  4. Seal and chill overnight.
  5. Bake at 300 for 3-6 hrs.
  6. Slice thin and serve with smoke sauce.
