Sauteed Veal Chops Recipe

  1. Place veal chops between two pcs of wax paper, lb.
  2. with meat pounder.
  3. Rub each chop with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll in egg whites, then in bread crumbs.
  5. In the meantime, heat 3/4 inch oil in a medium skillet.
  6. Cook chops one at a time till golden, about 2 min on each side.
  7. Blot dry with paper towels and keep hot while you fry remaining chops.
  8. Serve warm with lemon wedges.
  9. Serves 6.
