Asparagus With Melted Brie

  1. Preheat grill (broiler).
  2. Snap tough ends off asparagus.
  3. Place the asparagus in a wide saucepan of boiling salted water.
  4. Cook for 2-4 minutes (depending on thickness) until just tender.
  5. Remove and drain well.
  6. Place asparagus in an ovenproof dish and roll in the softened butter and add a pinch of sea salt.
  7. Lay the slices of Brie over top and place under grill until it has melted and oozing over the asparagus.
  8. Serve immediately.
