Banana Walnut Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Beat together bananas and butter until creamy.
  3. Add eggs and water; beat well.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda,and cinnamon.
  5. Beat until smooth.
  6. Add chopped walnuts.
  7. Spoon batter into an oiled and floured 9 inch x 13 inch baking pan.
  8. Spread batter evenly in pan.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 20 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
  10. Cool and cut into squares.
