Yum Mhu yang or bbq pork sirloin salad

  1. Marinate pork in oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and whisky for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat frying pan and fry or bbq the pork for medium or cooked but make sure that the pork not to dry or hard and must be juicy, sliced pork and put in the mixing bowl and pore in every ingredients including green onion and coriander mix well served with rice or eat as appetite.
