Mustard Seed-Pepper Crusted Steak

  1. Heat grill.
  2. Combine onion with ice water to cover in medium bowl; set aside.
  3. With motor on, add mustard seeds and peppercorns to blender through hole in lid; blend until coarsely ground.
  4. Add salt and blend.
  5. Rub all over steak.
  6. Grill steak 6 to 8 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  7. Let stand 10 minutes, then slice thin.
  8. Drain onion; pat dry on paper towels.
  9. Arrange on platter with steak and tomatoes.
  10. Drizzle with oil and scatter Parmesan on top.
