Bobby Burns Cocktail Recipe

• 2 ounces good-quality blended Scotch whisky
• 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
• 1/2 ounce Benedictine
• Lemon twist

1. Add the Scotch, vermouth, and Benedictine to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with the lemon twist and serve.
