Burrito el Grande

  1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  2. Add salsa and green peppers; mix well.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in rice; cover.
  5. Simmer on low heat 5 min.
  6. Spread beans down centres of tortillas; top with meat mixture, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
  7. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.
  8. Serve topped with sour cream.
