Pickled Bologna Or Eggs Recipe
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. mixed pickling spices
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 ring bologna, or possibly 1 doz. Large eggs
- Mix together first 5 ingredients and boil for 8 min, then cold.
- Cut bologna into 2 or possibly 3 inches pcs, also slice onion.
- Put bologna and onions in large glass jar.
- Chill overnight.
- Can add in garlic if preferred.
- P. S. Shell Large eggs before putting into glass jar.
