Italian Turkey Burgers

  1. Drop the turkey, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and onions in a bowl and mix by hand until incorporated.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. In a large pan, over medium-high heat, drop in about a tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Add the burgers, cover and cook about 7-8 minutes on one side.
  5. Turn them over and cook another 6-7 minutes.
  6. Turn off the burner, place cheese slices on top, cover for a minute until the cheese just begins to melt.
  7. These are great with tomato, onion, baby spinach leaves and a little condiment sauce of your choice.
  8. I actually serve them with honey mustard dressing.
