Italian Turkey Burgers
- 1- 1/4 pound Italian-Seasoned Ground Turkey
- 18 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1 whole Green Onion, Most Of Top Removed, Chopped
- Olive Oil, For Cooking
- 4 slices Provolone
- 4 whole Good Buns
- Drop the turkey, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and onions in a bowl and mix by hand until incorporated.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- In a large pan, over medium-high heat, drop in about a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add the burgers, cover and cook about 7-8 minutes on one side.
- Turn them over and cook another 6-7 minutes.
- Turn off the burner, place cheese slices on top, cover for a minute until the cheese just begins to melt.
- These are great with tomato, onion, baby spinach leaves and a little condiment sauce of your choice.
- I actually serve them with honey mustard dressing.
