Healthy and Easy Okonomiyaki with Cabbage!!
- 1/4 Cabbage
- 200 grams Cake flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 packet Dashi stock granules
- 250 ml Water
- 1 Okonomiyaki sauce
- 1 Mayonnaise
- Cut the cabbage into very thin strips.
- Mix cake flour, eggs, dashi stock granules, and water.
- Add cabbage, and mix briefly.
- Then just fry in a frying pan!

- Spread okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise on top of Step 1, and serve.
