A 1 Primetime Porterhouse Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well with a wire whip.
  2. Chill till needed.
  3. Marinate steak in refrigerator for about 6 hrs prior to serving.
  4. Remove from the refrigerator 2 hrs prior to serving.
  5. Grill steak on a warm grill to desired temperature.
  6. Baste steak during cooking with the marinade.
  7. Marinade may be used on steak, chicken, fish and vegetables.
