Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Pomegranate and Orange Glaze

  1. To assemble the marinade combine all ingredients stir until incorporated.
  2. add 2 pork tenderloins and marinade mix to a zip top bag for 2 to 4 hours.
  3. Grill tenderloins on a very hot grill for about 4 to 5 mins a side.
  4. Baste the meat with the glaze at every turn with a brush.
  5. Remove meat from the grill when it temps at about 140.
  6. Cover and let rest for 10 to 15 mins.
  7. Cut meat into medallions and serve.
