Easy-Bake Cheddar Biscuits

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, sugar and salt in medium bowl.
  3. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in cheddar.
  5. Add milk; stir until mixture forms soft dough.
  6. Place on lightly floured surface; knead 8 to 10 times or until smooth.
  7. Pat dough into 6-inch square; cut into 9 smaller squares.
  8. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheet.
  9. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  10. or until golden brown.
  11. Cut in half; spread with cream cheese product.
