Spezie (Similar to Dukka)

• 2 tablespoons dried oregano
• 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
• 1 roasted and finely ground cinnamon stick
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 100 g roasted pistachio nuts
• 12 teaspoon sea salt

1. Process all the ingredients in a food processor until semi fine.
2. Enjoy.
