Grandma Cordie's Pecan Pie Recipe
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. Karo syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecans, minced
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
- In large bowl, stir in first 5 ingredients till well blended.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 min or possibly till knife inserted half-way between center and edge comes out clean.
- Cold.
