Lemon Garlic Tilapia

  1. Combine garlic, lemon juice, white wine, parsley, pepper, and salt in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Place olive oil in a large skillet and turn on medium heat.
  3. Once heated, lay fish fillets in a single (or almost single) layer in the skillet and pour over 3/4 or all of lemon sauce.
  4. Cook fish on medium heat until flesh turns white and flakes easily with a fork (5 minutes or less).
  5. Serve warm.
