Lemon Garlic Tilapia
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 cups Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cups White Wine
- 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 6 whole Tilapia Fillets
- Combine garlic, lemon juice, white wine, parsley, pepper, and salt in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
- Place olive oil in a large skillet and turn on medium heat.
- Once heated, lay fish fillets in a single (or almost single) layer in the skillet and pour over 3/4 or all of lemon sauce.
- Cook fish on medium heat until flesh turns white and flakes easily with a fork (5 minutes or less).
- Serve warm.
