Holiday Corn Relish

  1. Combine everything in a saucepan, mixing well.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Boil 1 or 2 minutes, till clear and thick stir occasionally.
  4. Refrigerate several hours to blend.
  5. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
  6. May store in fridge for up to 3 weeks.
