Bacon-BBQ Shrimp Caesar Salad
- 3/4 lb. uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions, separated into rings
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing
- 2 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers; brush with barbecue sauce.
- Grill 5 to 7 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink, turning once.
- Toss lettuce with onions and dressing in large bowl.
- Remove shrimp from skewers; place on salad.
- Top with bacon and cheese.
