Shrimp Etouffe Easy and Delicious
- 1 stick Butter (salted Or Unsalted)
- 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 pound Shrimp - Raw, Peeled, & Deveined
- 2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
- 2 cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Rotel
- Cooked Rice
- In a sauce pan or skillet, saute the chopped green onions in the butter over medium heat for a few minutes until tender.
- Add the raw shrimp and Cajun seasoning (I use Luzianne brand) and cook until the shrimp is no longer transparent then add the Cream of Mushroom soup and Rotel.
- (depending on how hot/spicy you like your food, you can use mild, medium, or hot)
- Cook over low heat for a a short time, just until everything is heated through and the flavors have had a chance to marry.
- Serve this over cooked white rice along with a nice salad and some crusty garlic bread and youve got a fabulous meal!
