Shrimp Etouffe Easy and Delicious

  1. In a sauce pan or skillet, saute the chopped green onions in the butter over medium heat for a few minutes until tender.
  2. Add the raw shrimp and Cajun seasoning (I use Luzianne brand) and cook until the shrimp is no longer transparent then add the Cream of Mushroom soup and Rotel.
  3. (depending on how hot/spicy you like your food, you can use mild, medium, or hot)
  4. Cook over low heat for a a short time, just until everything is heated through and the flavors have had a chance to marry.
  5. Serve this over cooked white rice along with a nice salad and some crusty garlic bread and youve got a fabulous meal!
