Cinnamon-Flavored Skewers with Fresh Fruit

  1. Special equipment: 1 package (6-inch) wooden skewers
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 to 60 minutes.
  3. Dry them off with a towel.
  4. Prepare a grill or broiler.
  5. Lay out skewers on a plate and brush with cinnamon oil.
  6. Skewer a few pieces of fruit onto each skewer.
  7. Grill or broil fruit skewers for 30 seconds on each side.
