Cheesy Garlic Bread Bites
- 1 whole Recipe For Pizza Dough About 16 Ounces Will Make 2 Loaves
- 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 4 cloves Garlic Minced Or 3 Tablespoons Of The Jarred Stuff
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
- 1- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1/4 teaspoons Parsley
- 1/4 teaspoons Each Of Salt And Pepper
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- Optional Garnish: Poppy Seeds, To Taste
- Preheat oven 350 degrees (F).
- In a medium bowl mix mayonnaise, garlic, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut dough in half.
- Roll out half of the pizza dough, adding flour as needed.
- Add half of the filling and spread it over the dough.
- Then roll the dough carefully into a log and make sure the sides are tucked in well.
- Repeat to make second log.
- Place logs on a baking sheet, brush with the beaten egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- The size of the rolls will vary so for the last 10 minutes or so keep an eye on them.
- Cool before slicing into cubes.
