Spanish Tropical Fruit Brochettes
- 1 mango
- 2 kiwi fruits
- 1 papaya
- 200 g plain yogurt
- 45 ml runny honey
- Cut each fruit into cube-shaped pieces.
- Thread three different fruit cubes onto each skewer.
- Cover and refrigerate until required.
- Mix the yoghurt and honey thoroughly to make a dip and put it into a small bowl.
- Serve the brochettes with the dip.
