Basic Country Mustard Recipe

  1. INSTRUCTIONS: Grind the mustard seeds to the texture you desire.
  2. (There is no ``correct'' texture.)
  3. Mix the mustard pwdr and grnd seeds with the water.
  4. Let sit for 10 min.
  5. Add in the vinegar and salt; blend well.
  6. Chill overnight before us ing.
  7. Yields about 1 c.
