Pork Chops Paprikash

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  2. oil in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
  3. Add potatoes; spread to form even layer on bottom of skillet.
  4. Cook 7 to 11 min.
  5. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  6. Spoon into bowl; cover to keep warm.
  7. Combine paprika and pepper; sprinkle evenly onto both sides of chops.
  8. Heat remaining oil in same skillet.
  9. Add chops; cook 3 to 4 min.
  10. on each side or until done (145 degrees F).
  11. Remove from skillet, reserving any drippings in skillet; cover chops to keep warm.
  12. Add onions to same skillet; cook 2 to 3 min.
  13. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  14. Stir in sauerkraut; cook 3 to 4 min.
  15. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  16. Stir in sour cream.
  17. Serve chops with sauerkraut mixture and potatoes.
