Picnic Bar B Que Recipe
- 1 can corned beef, minced
- 4 med. yellow onions, minced
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1 c. liquid removed & canned tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- Saute/fry onions and celery in a little oil till glossy.
- Add in all remaining ingredients and simmer very slowly, uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
- Add in a little more water if it becomes too dry.
- Reheat and serve in hot hamburger buns.
- Serves 6.
