Pompier

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces Lillet Blanc
• 1 1/2 ounces Creme de Cassis (black currant liqueur)
• 1 ounce gin
• 1 lemon twist

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the Lillet, creme de cassis and gin.
3. Stir well and strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with the lemon twist.
