Creamy Spinach Dip

• 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 12 cup salsa
• 1 (10 ounce) package fresh spinach
• 1 (1 1/2 ounce) packet vegetable soup mix

1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. If you are vegan, substitute the regular sour cream for sour cream substitute.
