Chess Pie
- 8 tbsp Butter
- 1 1/4 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cornmeal
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Unbaked pie shell
- Cream butter & sugar
- Beat eggs, add to creamed butter
- Add remaining ingredients
- Pour into unbaked pie shell
- Bake 400 for 10 minutes
- Lower heat to 325 and continue baking additional 40 minutes
