Chess Pie

  1. Cream butter & sugar
  2. Beat eggs, add to creamed butter
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Pour into unbaked pie shell
  5. Bake 400 for 10 minutes
  6. Lower heat to 325 and continue baking additional 40 minutes
