Grilled Orange Chicken
- 4 garlic cloves
- 12 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 lbs chicken, bone-in
- Mince the garlic and add orange juice, thyme, salt and pepper to the garlic in the bowl.
- Add chicken, turn to coat, and marinate for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Grill chicken until thoroughly cooked and no pink remains.
- Baste chicken while grilling.
