Chicken & Pepper Manicotti
- 1 Left-over Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 Pepper of your choice (I used red)
- 1 dash Shredded Cheese of your choice (I used a three cheese blend)
- 1 Tomato Sauce (I used a tomato and cheese sauce)
- 1 Fresh tomato (sliced)
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil
- 6 Cooked lasagna noodles
- Boil lasagna noodles.
- On the edge of the noodle, place the chicken pieces and sliced peppers.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese along the noodle as a glue for once they are rolled up.
- Place the rolled up lasagna noodles in a glass dish and pour the tomato sauce on top.
- Top with sliced tomatoes and fresh basil.
- Put the dish in the oven on 400 for 30 minutes.
