Chicken & Pepper Manicotti

  1. Boil lasagna noodles.
  2. On the edge of the noodle, place the chicken pieces and sliced peppers.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese along the noodle as a glue for once they are rolled up.
  4. Place the rolled up lasagna noodles in a glass dish and pour the tomato sauce on top.
  5. Top with sliced tomatoes and fresh basil.
  6. Put the dish in the oven on 400 for 30 minutes.
