Low-Fat Cafe au Lait Parfaits
- 3-1/2 cups cold fat-free milk, divided
- 1/2 cup MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL Sugar Free Suisse Mocha, divided
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, divided
- Pour 2 cups of the milk into medium bowl.
- Add 1/4 cup of the flavored instant coffee.
- Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
- Add chocolate pudding mix; beat an additional 2 minutes or until well blended.
- Pour remaining 1-1/2 cups milk into another medium bowl.
- Add remaining 1/4 cup flavored instant coffee.
- Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
- Add vanilla pudding mix; beat an additional 2 minutes or until well blended.
- Gently stir in 1 cup of the remaining whipped topping.
- Spoon chocolate pudding evenly into 8 dessert dishes; cover with vanilla pudding mixture.
- Top with remaining whipped topping.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until ready to serve.
