Clare's Meringue Roulade

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Line the baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  3. Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
  4. Continue whisking fast, then add the caster sugar a spoonful at a time.
  5. Make as any meringue and fill with filling ingredients.
